Plans and limits
Every plan runs the same product — the difference is how much room you have each month, and whether scheduled automation is included. This guide covers the four tiers, how limits work, and what actually happens when you hit one.
The four tiers at a glance
| Plan | Leads | Verifications | Mockups | Mailboxes | Automation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial (14 days) | 50 | 50 | 3 | 1 | — |
| Starter | 500 | 100 | 10 | 1 | — |
| Pro | 2,500 | 500 | 50 | 3 | Included |
| Agency | 10,000 | Unlimited | 200 | 10 | Included |
Leads counts how many new leads you can pull in from Discover; verifications covers checking contact details before you send; mockups counts AI redesign previews; mailboxes is how many sending addresses you can connect at once.
Limits reset monthly
Every number above refreshes on your monthly cycle. Unused capacity doesn't carry over, but it also means you're never stuck waiting out a long stretch — a new month means a fresh allotment.
Hitting a limit blocks new spend only
Running out of leads, verifications, or mockups for the month blocks the specific action that would use more of that capacity — pulling in more leads, for instance, once your lead limit is used up. It never blocks anything else: reading existing leads, answering replies, and reviewing everything already in your workspace keep working exactly as before. A limit slows down new spend, not your existing pipeline.
Trial expiry works the same way
When your 14-day trial ends without upgrading, the same soft lock applies — new spend pauses, but nothing you've already built disappears or becomes unreadable. Upgrade whenever you're ready and the lock lifts immediately.
Automation is Pro and up
Scheduled search re-runs and automated follow-up sequences require Pro or Agency. On Starter and the trial, every button still works — you just click it yourself instead of it running on a schedule. Nothing is hidden behind automation; it's a convenience layer on top of the same actions.
DNS verification is required on trial
Cold outreach stays locked on trial workspaces until your sending domain passes its SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks — see the sending domain guide for the three records and how to add them. This applies from day one, so it's worth setting up before you're ready to send.
Changing plans
Upgrades are handled by our team today rather than through a self-serve billing page — reach out from within the app whenever you're ready to move up, and we'll get it sorted quickly.
