Automatic mailbox warmup
Each new inbox ramps from 5 emails/day, +5 per day, capped at 40/day — invisible warmup instead of the day-one blast that lands you in spam.
Layered sending caps
Three independent limits stack: max 3/day to the same company domain, 100/day per workspace, and the per-mailbox warmup ceiling — so no single lever can be over-pulled.
Reputation auto-pause
Each mailbox's health recomputes on a rolling 7-day window; sending halts automatically if bounce rate exceeds 5% or complaints exceed 1%, and self-heals as bad events age out.
A compliance gate on every send
Every email is checked for a specific real reason, an unsubscribe instruction, a real sender identity, a CAN-SPAM physical address, and suppression status — generic templates are blocked before they ever send.
