The agreement

These terms apply between you and Matter Development, operator of Matter Leads. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

What the service does

Matter Leads discovers local businesses, audits their websites, generates redesign concepts, and sends outreach from a mailbox you connect. It reports on delivery, replies, and outcomes, and it uses those outcomes to influence which leads it surfaces next.

We provide the API keys for the underlying search, enrichment, and AI providers. You connect your own mailbox and your own sending domain.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by members you invite. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

You must be at least 18 and must not be barred from using the service under applicable law or sanctions.

Acceptable use for outreach

This is the part that matters most, because misuse damages sending reputation for everyone.

You must have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient, and your messages must accurately identify you and your business. You must not use Matter Leads to send to purchased or scraped consumer lists, to contact anyone who has opted out, to disguise who you are, or to send content that is deceptive, harassing, or unlawful.

You must not disable, evade, or attempt to work around the compliance gate, the unsubscribe mechanism, sending caps, or bounce suppression. These are safety systems, not preferences.

We may suspend sending — for a workspace or an account — where we see behaviour that puts deliverability, recipients, or the platform at risk. Where practical we will tell you first; where the risk is immediate we may act first and explain after.

AI-generated content

Audits, mockups, and drafted messages are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is sent or published, and for making sure claims about a recipient's business are accurate.

Mockups are illustrative concepts generated from public information about a business. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from that business, and you should not present them as such.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of your data and of the outreach you create. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and transmit it in order to run the service.

We keep ownership of Matter Leads itself — the software, the interface, and the brand. Nothing here transfers those to you.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and metered against the usage limits shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the current period and is not renewed. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affecting your plan.

Availability and pre-launch status

Matter Leads is early-stage software, offered as-is and as-available. We do not promise uninterrupted service and there is no contractual uptime commitment at this stage.

We may change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give notice and, if you prefer, a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these terms — in particular the acceptable-use section — or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and let you export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and the courts of Casablanca have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
